The MODE project involves 13 of the most important and significant architectural firms in the hotel industry, called upon to give their interpretation of sustainable design.
A sustainable development model is one that ensures that the needs of the present generation are met without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
The structure of MODE HOTEL is a permanent showroom: each room is an experience in itself, representing each designer's personal vision of eco-friendly hospitality.
MODE HOTEL breaks out of the classical schemes of hotel definition, in a vision doing things differently.

Our target audience looks like us. Curious dreamers in love with the world.
Travellers who understand travel as a time to relax and detox, who unplug and dedicate time to themselves, to regenerate but also to experience and feel good.
But also business workers who, between a bike ride and a dip in the sea, need to connect for a quick call and work in the co-working area.
Conscious travellers, eager for life who return home enriched by new knowledge, without burdening the environment.
And then it is us, the citizens, who are looking for a place to get together around a different way of doing things.

Mode - Eco Mood Hotel: tradition and sustainable innovation
The historic Romagna pension is reborn in the Mode - Eco Mood Hotela midscale facility that connects the sea to the heart of Rimini. The project reinterprets hospitality in a modern and sustainable key, offering an innovative mix of comfort, functionality and respect for the environment.
The spaces were entirely reorganised to meet the new requirements:
- 9 housing units (Family Apartment, Suite, Executive Suite).
- Innovative Common Areasself check-in, honesty bar, meeting area and smart worker room.
- Flexible roomsideal for business travel, with a special focus on rest thanks to sustainable bedding and lighting solutions.
A'bar area with coworkingalso open to citizens and students, strengthens the link with the local community. Today, the Mode - Eco Mood Hotel represents a new model of hospitality: an experience that combines reception, innovation and sustainabilityrestoring competitiveness and charm to the tradition of Romagna.
