• A sustainable development model is one that ensures that the needs of the present generation are met without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

Starting from this definition, the MODE project was born in Rimini, involving 13 of the most important and significant architectural firms in the hotel industry, called upon to give their interpretation of sustainable design.

MODE - Eco mood hotel
Via Giovanni delle Bande Nere, 10
Rimini, Italy

HOTEL MODE is the redevelopment of the Hotel Arlesiana in Rimini, in the San Giuliano Mare area near the harbour, located in a central position in Rimini, a short distance from the main points of attraction, both business and leisure. A hotel with a strongly green-oriented imprinting, aiming at sustainability in design and management, not only in terms of the environment, but also with people's wellbeing in mind, through the use of renewable energy sources; EPD (Environmental Declaration Product) certified products; water saving and the use of low-consumption appliances.

The structure of MODE HOTEL is a permanent showroom: each room is an experience in itself, representing each designer's personal vision of eco-sustainable hospitality. MODE HOTEL breaks out of the classical schemes of hotel definition, in a vision of doing things differently.

Who we address

Our target audience looks like us. Curious dreamers in love with the world.

Travellers who understand travel as a time to relax and detox, who unplug and dedicate time to themselves, to regenerate but also to experience and feel good.

But also business workers who, between a bike ride and a dip in the sea, need to connect for a quick call and work in the co-working area.

Conscious travellers, eager for life who return home enriched by new knowledge, without burdening the environment.

And then it is us, the citizens, who are looking for a place to get together around a different way of doing things.

"A place where we talk about sustainability, experiment with new solutions, create ideas, where things are done with a different approach."
